It's a tiger skull wearing spectacles. Oh c'mon you can't get any cooler than that! ;D

the glasses reminds me of a dragon I drew for a friend x3 except hers wears a monical and is still in development x3

I used a reference for the skull and that's where I got carried away xD. I spent way too much time on getting it to look right and shading it all. Ah well I hope the time and effort paid off.

Fur is easy! You just.. draw a line, take your eraser tool, erase a couple of gaps in the line and close them with little points/bulges on the outer side XD. Feet.. I dunno, I just do something x_x I hate my feet though xD.

I found the glasses really awesome xD. Unfortunately my layers got mixed up a bit and they're not as well visible as they were supposed to be.
